Private Heated Pool & Fenced Yard - Pets Welcome! Private Gate to St. Armands!

This property is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The overall living areas are good size, we had 14 in our party and never felt cramped. One bedroom is accessed through the garage which was a little awkward. The bathrooms are all a bit small (except master which only has 1 sink) and dated but they got the job done, although the one with a bathtub was not useable as a bath tub, which is hard if you have small kids. The house is older and the air conditioning upstairs works but it never was super cool, but there were fans in every room. Granted we were there in July so very hot outside. Property has 2 washers and 2 dryers which was very helpful. The floor on the main level was epoxy, like you would have in a garage which was extremely hard and seemed a bit odd. The house needs maintenance, some things that were needed was a new filter for fridge, light for microwave, pool light, dishwasher filter completely full (we had to clean out), coffee machine needs cleaning, etc, none of these ruined our stay but surprised that a house with 9.4 rating and price per night wouldn't be kept up better. The kitchen could use a few things, like a large pot and a large cookie sheet. Again, we had a good time but feel like the house could use a bit of work and when the house is cleaned ,they should notice some of the items that need attention.

Our family of 7 adults and 3 children spent a fabulous week at this lovely property. The home is so spacious and well appointed along with a great pool and fenced yard close to St. Armands circle to all the restaurants and shops as well as Lido Beach. Perfect for our growing family including grandkids. Easy check-in and contact with the host. Highly recommend!

On first impression, house looked amazing. Very quickly realised a lot was wrong with it. Including broken cupboard doors, shelves hanging off, patio doors not opening, toilet not flushing, showers not working, all skirting boards off, Rubbish under bed from previous peopletemporary floor with edges sticking up.

We had family coming from 5 cities in 3 states to spend July 4th week together and this home was the perfect fit. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together or spread out, great pool and yard area and lots of parking space. The location is great, with plenty to do within walking distance and easy access to the main roads. The property managers were very helpful, friendly and easy to contact. We would love to visit again someday!

This home was perfect for 4 sets of grandparents who visited Sarasota for the first time. Easy access to everything, town, beaches, museums, and especially St. Armand Circle that we could walk to. All the shops and restaurants right out the back gate. Excellent location. Heated pool was another plus for our group.
